Ingredients

  • 6 Coles flatbread tortillas
  • 500g beef mince, pork mince, or beef/pork mixture
  • 1 tbsp homemade taco seasoning
  • 250g tasty cheese, shredded
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup homemade salsa, divided
  • 1 avocado

Method

  1. Cook beef/pork mince (500g) in a pan and add taco seasoning (1 tbsp) about halfway through. Add about 1/2 cup of the homemade salsa to the mince toward the end of cooking.
  2. Add the cooked mince to each burrito. Top with appropriate amounts of tasty cheese, red kidney beans, sour cream, salsa, and avocado.
  3. Freeze for later or eat fresh and enjoy.
