Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 268g peanut butter, well-stirred
  • 120g sugar
  • 120g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method

  1. Mix peanut butter [268g], sugar [120g], and brown sugar [120g] in a bowl with a wooden spoon for a couple of minutes. Make a hole in the center.
  2. Add egg [1], baking soda [1 tsp], vanilla extract [1 tsp], and salt (1/4 tsp], and stir to combine until smooth.
  3. Place bowl on a kitchen scale and tare the bowl with the cookie dough in it. Remove approximately 28g of cookie dough and roll it into a ball betwen the palms of your hands. Repeat until cookie dough is finished.
  4. Place cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with ample space between them (they spread a lot) and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.
