Thai Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated or microplaned
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha or other hot sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Place all of the dressing ingredients either in a blender, and blend for about 2 minutes until well emulsified. Pour over greens of your choice. Goes well with mixed greens, carrot, shallots, spring onion, sliced oranges, capsicum, and snap peas.
